10 Pack Candy Raspberry Painted Walleye Jig Heads

This item is a 10 pack of Candy Raspberry painted, "Walleye Jig", with ring and barb collar, in your selected preferred  jig weight.

Each jig head is powder coat painted and cured for extra hardness. I take care also to not paint over the fishing line eyelet. This allows for a much easier process for you when you want to change jigs styles while you are fishing.

Use these as is tipped with wax worms, grubs, night crawlers, minnows, plastic tails, etc.
Or use these to tie you own jigs using marabou, deer, squirrel, hackle, etc.

The "walleye jig" is wonderful when going after the picky "pickerel." Grab this lure as its head is designed to resist snags on rocky bottoms and gets in where others can't! The tapered, wedge-shaped Walleye Jig slips between stones that would hang up a typical round head jig. The jig head features a ring and barb collar and a recessed area for stick-on lure eyes.

Adding eyes to the Jig

Eyes (not included) that can be used with jig head are either 2.5mm or 4mm sized eyes that can be purchased in many places or you can try your artistic skills and hand paint your own eyes. 

1/16, 3/32 and1/8 ounce jigs will accommodate size 2.5.   

3/8, 1/2 ounce jigs will accommodate size 4.

1/4 ounce can use either size.

Curious what the jig looks like with eyes?  Here is a sample I made with the Gold jig and press on eyes using the 1/4 jig head with size 4 eyes.  This is a sample and as indicated, the eyes are not included with this purchase.

About the hook:

The hook used for this jig style is Mustad 32570.
